• If you wanted to check your guide or ask for the change of meeting place or meeting time, please call directly to your local guide.
• GUIDE SERVICE CAN BE CANCELED 24 HOURS BEFORE START WITHOUT ANY CANCELATION FEE
• IF NOT CANCELED 24 HOURS BEFORE START, FULL GUIDE FEE MUST BE PAID

• If the time change is not accepted by guide, tour leader must meet guide as scheduled.

• Local guides are often guiding more groups in a day, so it might happen that time change will not be accepted.

• The guide providing guide service for previous group cannot answer phone calls. In this case ask your guide by text message. Our guides also mostly use WhatsApp and Kakao Talk.

• When the phone contact doesn´t work your local guide will surely wait for you at meeting place and time as confirmed in itinerary.

• Change can be accepted only with an agreement of your guide.

• It´s easy to find your guide as they wear guide badges (see this screen background)

• When the payment is provided directly by tour leader, guide fee must be fully paid even if guide cannot accept time change.
