  • For  the change of meeting place or meeting time, please call directly to your local guide.

  • Local guides are often guiding more groups in a day, so it might happen that time change will not be accepted.

  • The guide providing guide service cannot answer phone calls. We recommend to contact your guide by text message. Our guides also mostly use WhatsApp and Kakao Talk.

  • When the phone contact doesn´t work your local guide will surely wait for you at meeting place and time as confirmed in itinerary.

  • It´s easy to find your guide as they wear guide badges  (see this screen background)

INSPECTIONS OF GUIDE LICENSES

Any guides/tour leaders who provide guiding services anywhere in the Czech Republic without a valid EU guide licence are working illegaly and can be subject to fines up to 20,000 euros.
